Customer care and disability awareness training for reception staff. The appointments system is hopeless; one cannot book an appointment easily and quickly. The telephone service is impossible as one can never get through and the limited number of appointments available online means a long wait for an appointment.
The online repeat prescription service works well but the prescription rarely ends up where I expect, sometimes at the designated pharmacy, sometimes at the Health Centre!
